SoftService has developed its own product the SoftService Installer (SSI) for the automatic installation and configuration of Windows and Linux operating systems. Conceived with the motto "aus der Praxis für die Praxis" or designed for professionals by professionals, the SSI is based on unattended technology and has an intuitive and easy to use interface assists administrators and helpdesk staff with migration and new installations.
The SSI allows for an efficient migration especially in heterogeneous environments mainly due to its efficient use of a common driver database.
Packaging Services
SoftService offers software packaging services based on MSI, HP/Novadigm Radia or enteo NetInstall.
Depending on the unique requirements of each individual packaging project the project can either be performed onsite or from SoftService´s own labs. These projects can be handled as individual jobs or as a permanent outsourcing service with fixed predetermined communication channels.
